The timing for this sucked in Arthur's opinion. Since the guard force was too busy dealing with other things, it left Arthur to be the one to go check up on a disturbance at the greenhouse. He didn't really want to, as it was the guard force's job to deal with this sort of thing, but this was Important, so he couldn't flake out of it and leave it to Thomas like he normally would.

Walking up to the greenhouse, he could easily see the older gentleman trying to poke his nose where it didn't belong and frowned. "Hey, you're not supposed to be messing with that. Authorized personnel only and you're definitely not authorized."
